Article 59 of the GDPR requires supervisory authorities to publish an annual activity report. This report must present their actions, their priorities, their statistics and their contribution to European cooperation.

Each supervisory authority must report publicly:
- Types of complaints received and sanctions imposed;
- Controls and investigations carried out;
- Published recommendations and guidelines;
- His participation in the work of the European Data Protection Board (EDPS).
