How to obtain a GDPR Label by Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD)?
To obtain a label, your company must complete a GDPR diagnosis on the Data Comply One platform (formerly Mission RGPD), covering the following five themes:
- Organizational measures
- HR Compliance
- Compliance of commercial and marketing activities
- IT compliance (security, incident management)
- Documentation and proof of conformity
These labels are valid 12 months, after which a reassessment is necessary to ensure practices are updated and regulations are complied with.

What do the Data Comply One labels (formerly Mission GDPR) mean?
The Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) labels reward eligible companies that have completed their evaluation process on Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) and obtained their GDPR score. A Data Comply One label (formerly Mission RGPD) rewards the success of companies that have taken concrete measures in terms of personal data protection and compliance with the GDPR. The granting of a Data Comply One label (formerly Mission RGPD) does NOT constitute certification or approval of a company or its products or services. A company that receives a Data Comply One label (formerly Mission RGPD) may still improve or present potential weaknesses regarding its personal data protection practices. We remind you here that GDPR compliance is a process of continuous improvement, so it is appropriate to carry out a regular conformity assessment as part of its activities. The Data Comply One (formerly Mission GDPR) label recognizes the positive approach taken by assessed companies as they work to improve their GDPR compliance and generate a positive impact aimed at protecting individuals' data.
GDPR label: The Data Comply One assessment (formerly GDPR Mission)
The diagnosis Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) is carried out entirely online with our DPO experts. It was developed by cybersecurity experts, digital law lawyers and DPOs (Data Protection Officers), this diagnosis allows you to obtain your GDPR score and labels depending on your level of compliance, according to the rules established by the main legal texts:
- European Regulation N°2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data.
- Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computing, files and freedoms.
- The recommendations and decisions of the CNIL and of European Data Protection Board (EDPS).
- The jurisprudence of national and European courts.
Beyond GDPR: Compliance with other standards
The Data Comply One assessment (formerly Mission RGPD) also contributes to compliance with other standards such as:
ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 : for information security management, confidentiality, integrity and incident management.

The european Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (IA Act), which requires the protection of personal data for AI systems. The GDPR and the AI Act require an impact analysis to assess risks related to personal data and high-risk AI systems. Actions must be put in place to mitigate risks, such as encryption, pseudonymization, or staff training. In the event of a problem, the GDPR and the AI Act require rapid notification of incidents and the establishment of procedures to respond to them. The GDPR requires documenting data processing activities, and the AI Act recommends a detailed inventory of AI systems used. The principle of accountability requires organizations to put in place written policies to demonstrate their commitment to protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals throughout the life cycle of systems. The aim is to ensure compliance that is sustainable, ethical and secure, whether for the protection of personal data or for the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
