Digital accountability & transparency
The responsibility of Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) is based on a continuous approach to transparency and integrity with all of its stakeholders. Corporate social responsibility is fundamental in the development of Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD). We are therefore evolving our structure and our governance in order to adapt and anticipate our new challenges. This is why we have rethought our various decision-making bodies; a necessity to ensure transparency, balance and monitoring of strategic axes and drive the vision of the future.
The protection of personal data and confidential information of our customers, partners and employees is a primary issue. The challenge of information security today is based on four axes: confidentiality, availability, traceability and data integrity.

Responsibility asemployer & employee experience
The employee approach is characterized by programs focusing on inclusion, diversity, gender equality, well-being, personal and professional life balance, management and talent development.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) strives to develop responsible practices as an employer. Indeed, our company is committed to working in a risk prevention approach and to ensuring the physical and mental safety of all its employees.
At Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD), we understood the importance of having employees who are fulfilled in their work, with a balance between professional and personal life. Evolving in a professional context that is both stimulating and caring and taking into account each person's personal situation promotes the development of the employee and increases their performance. Indeed, the quality of life at work is one of the key factors for building a relationship of trust with employees and enabling them to be engaged and retained. This is why Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) wishes to offer a qualitative working environment to its employees and offer them measures to facilitate work and personal life balance.
Balance between professional and personal life: Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) has set up a work organization to combine work and personal life balance. A system of flexibility in schedules has been put in place with teleworking and pays particular attention to meeting schedules.
Right to disconnect: We are convinced that it is important to allow employees to maintain reasoned use of the digital tools made available to them, because this constitutes an important element in their professional and personal life balance.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) ensures that these fundamental principles are respected in its recruitment process. It is therefore with this in mind that in 2021 the entire recruitment team was trained in recruitment without discrimination. Through this training, Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) wishes to consolidate existing best practices and give teams the tools for recruitment without discrimination.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) makes professional equality a key element of its employee experience and intends to commit even further to this path. Thus, we have decided to strengthen our actions to promote equality between women and men at all levels of the company, by implementing strong principles and actions to act and reduce these inequalities. At Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD), women represent 2 out of 3 employees.
Responsibility societal & ecosystem
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) has a very concrete and coherent approach to actions with a social and societal aim. Indeed, we provide recognized players in their field with skills and means to enable them to carry out their actions, particularly with regard to the issues of liability and use of personal data.
Through our solutions and services, we offer support on the transformation of companies towards GDPR compliance and ethical use of each person's personal data, adapted to our clients' businesses. These solutions integrate into customers' ecosystems and allow them to accelerate their CSR strategy.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) has always been a company open to its ecosystem. Since its creation, we have been able to create unique values and establish a privileged bond between our employees, our customers and our partners; essential links to meet the challenges and issues of tomorrow.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) has fully understood the importance of the customer experience at the same level as the employee experience. Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) supports its clients by constantly adapting to their needs and uses, often even anticipating them. From this desire, the Customer Sucess Management (CSM) division was created. At Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD), we define customer experience as all the interactions we have with our customers. In order for them to interact effectively with us, we must generate a successful and enjoyable overall experience.
A good customer experience is played out more generally in the complete management of customer relations by ensuring satisfaction at all times. The customer experience involves in-depth reflection on our identity, our values, our services, in order to be able to continually improve the satisfaction of our customers.
The CSM service aims to welcome, support and respond to customer requests whatever their nature with a view to satisfaction and loyalty; it has become a key service of the company.
Environmental responsibility
Faced with global warming and in order to develop the resilience of our ecosystems, Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) wishes to limit its environmental impacts and thus accelerate its energy transition, and promote the emergence of a low-carbon economy. As a digital company, Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) intends to strengthen its eco-responsible digital practices in order to place technological innovation at the heart of its transformation. Furthermore, we also wish to participate in the ecological transformation of our customers: to promote the minimization of the collection and use of data to reduce energy consumption linked to the hosting and storage of this data.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) is also taking measures to reduce its carbon footprint by limiting business travel by car, limiting home-work travel by promoting teleworking and adopting eco-responsible management of IT supplies and equipment.
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) has a 50% stake in employee subscriptions to a public bicycle rental or public transport service (bus, train, metro) in France.
Digital pollution accounts for more than 10% of global consumption and is constantly increasing. The carbon footprint of digital technology has even exceeded that of air transport. It is therefore necessary that all of us, major players in the era of digital growth, mobilize to become aware of these ecological issues and commit to restricting the digital pollution that we create. Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) has technological innovation as its core business.
It is therefore natural that it intends to use its expertise with the aim of strengthening its eco-responsible digital practices.
Limit consumption of our data centers and IT structures
Data Comply One (formerly Mission RGPD) uses a data hosting provider (FreePro) which has implemented a cooling system in computer rooms to limit overconsumption of equipment, and allow them to maintain an adequate temperature. To limit the consumption of data centers, the choice of more energy-efficient components was made, as well as a policy of reducing the number of servers to avoid unnecessary consumption, particularly when the servers are not active but they consume nonetheless.
This has been made possible thanks to virtualization technologies, which allow us to concentrate our IT resources by centralizing reduced data in ultra-compact servers. Servers and other IT equipment are generally designed so that they are not oversized, neither for employees nor for customers, not only for ease of use, but also to reduce the environmental footprint manufacturing of these products.
