May 24, 2021, midnight: by this deadline, all companies and organizations that must implement impact analyzes (often called PIA: Privacy impact analysis) must be able to justify them in the event of a CNIL audit.  

A little reminder. Why this date? When the GDPR came into force, the CNIL granted companies which already had processing subject to PIA before the GDPR came into force, 3 years to carry out these PIAs.
