Résumé des faits
The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,500 on a private individual. The individual had installed video surveillance cameras in a residential complex, which also covered common areas, without obtaining the consent of the homeowners' association. In addition, the controller also failed to inform about the cameras.
