Résumé des faits
The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has imposed a fine on a private individual. The controller had installed video surveillance cameras which, among other things, also covered the public space. The original fine of EUR 500 was reduced to EUR 400 due to immediate payment and admission of responsibility.
