Résumé des faits
The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on UNIPREX, S.A.. The controller had published a video of a violent incident on the internet without anonymizing the faces of the individuals involved. The original fine of EUR 50,000 was reduced to EUR 30,000 due to voluntary payment and admission of responsibility.
