Résumé des faits
The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine on a homeowners' association. The controller had sent an email to all owners containing a list of the owners' individual monthly heating consumption, broken down by floor. The original fine of EUR 600 was reduced to EUR 480 due to voluntary payment.
