Résumé des faits
The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on the Federazione Nazionale Ordini Professioni Infermieristiche (FNOPI). The controller published the personal data of a data subject in relation to a 'public competition for exams to fill one full-time, permanent position in category C'. The controller had no legal basis to publish this data and deleted it from its website and the Google search engine after the data subject requested its deletion.
