Résumé des faits
The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 4,000 on the Order of Physicians, Surgeons and Dentists of the Province of Macerata. During the pandemic, the controller suspended a health professional for failing to fulfil the vaccination requirements. The controller sent the suspension notification not only to the data subject, but also to other entities, which could not have been based on sufficient legal basis.
