Résumé des faits
The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 900 on ORNITOLÓGICA DE ANDALUCÍA FOA. The controller sent a mass email to more than 200 affiliated recipients. The email disclosed personal data that was not necessary for the intended purpose, due to insufficient technical and organisational measures. The original fine of EUR 1,500 was reduced to EUR 900 due to immediate payment and admission of responsibility by the controller.
