DORA (Regulation 2022/2554) is the European regulation requiring financial entities (banks, insurers, fintechs) to put in place a comprehensive digital operational resilience framework.
Context & regulatory framework
Applicable since January 2025. It requires ICT risk management, resilience testing, incident reporting and strict oversight of critical ICT third-party providers.
